We will explore family dynamics, barriers, stuck points, avoidance tendencies as well as your strengths. We will then create a path forward with concrete goals and strategies. I will weave in a variety of approaches and tools and guide you through the discomfort of self-growth. (psst... I give homework!) I specialize in anxiety/ocd, trauma recovery, eating disorders, grief/loss. I am also a Military Life Counselor, have worked with first responders, police/fire/EMTs, have worked with many corporate leaders.
