I aspire to create a counseling environment centered around the client. To gain strong therapeutic relationships, I work with each client to explore their strengths and needs. After receiving my master’s degree, I gained experience through several different types of therapeutic settings, including drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs, IPV treatment programs, the educational system, foster care services, and working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. Through these experiences, I have found it most useful to work with clients using the Person-Centered approach.
