Emotions are the spice of life. Sometimes life is too spicy! Life giving you heartburn (like anxiety or depression)? Therapy is kind of like an antacid, it helps you regulate the spice, and soothes you as soon as it kicks in. My role as your therapist is to help you understand what medicine you need to administer yourself in order to feel better. Getting to the root of emotional issues can give you lasting relief.
