I am seasoned and approachable, with extensive training and experience. I've helped many live fuller, more rewarding lives. My training is psychodynamic in theory, but I am thoughtful and creative in tailoring my approach to each individual. While I believe that we are a product of all our previous experiences, I work largely in the here-and-now to create richer, more meaningful insights. I have worked wonders with many people who have found earlier therapies unhelpful. My little dog, Simba, is no longer physically present in the office, but his spirit is still inspiring anyone who has met him.
