I work with Adults in areas such as grief, loss, and trauma, life transitions, aging, anxiety and depression, relationships, and homeschooling struggles. Individual sessions/assessments are virtual or in person and the standard 45 minutes in length. My process is client led as I guide you on your journey to find healthy healing.
