As a therapist, I seek to utilize my knowledge, skills, and support to provide the tools and strategies that will guide clients to their goals of healing, building, and strengthening their lives and relationships. My specialties are relationship issues that can include couple/marital concerns, coparenting concerns, individual issues with coworkers, friends, and family. I also do marriage preparation. I work with individuals seeking personal and spiritual healing and growth, self-esteem, and building self-awareness. For over 10 years, I have worked with domestic abuse /violence victims and perpetrators.
