Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adults navigate challenges and move towards optimal living. I'm passionate about helping clients live their best lives because I know what it's like to overcome being stuck. In our first sessions, I'll take the time to listen deeply to your concerns, help you gently unravel the layers, and help you craft a personalized path forward using your own unique creativity, skills, and preferences. My approach is motivational, solution-focused, and holistic, often incorporating nutrition, lifestyle and self-care strategies, and mindfulness, relaxation, and art techniques. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting/family struggles, women's issues, and goal setting. I often work well with clients who exhibit low motivation, feelings of worthlessness, overwhelm, shame, worry, frustration, disappointment, and helplessness. Together, we'll develop the coping skills you need for healing.
