Clients come to me with concerns, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, and struggles with intimacy. They feel stuck, angry with those around them, or caught in destructive patterns of behavior, yet they cannot seem to understand why. The relationship we build during treatment is a powerful tool to address these patterns that you feel unable to escape. Psychotherapy provides you space to safely explore these issues and work towards changing the patterns. I help my clients develop an appreciation for their life and work. Together we will explore the uncomfortable feelings and behaviors that prevent inner fulfillment, pursuit of goals, and overall life satisfaction.
