If you have experienced relational, sexual, religious, or other trauma(s), there is opportunity for healing and freedom available to you. I work with individuals and couples struggling to overcome these difficulties, offering research-based interventions to assist in the healing process. Whether it is one session, or many, I enjoy partnering with clients throughout the therapy process. I always strive to create a safe and calming space for all, regardless of gender or sexual identity, lifestyle choices, issues discussed, etc.
