I specialize in supporting Caribbean-American and BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ young adults, and young adult women who are seeking to heal from and better understand their trauma experiences. I assist clients in processing various forms of trauma, including intergenerational, childhood, race-based trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Using a trauma-informed and psychodynamic approach, I help clients explore unconscious patterns and behaviors rooted in early life and interpersonal relationships that may be influencing their current emotional well-being.
