Hi, I’m Sheterra Walker, LMFT. I work with individuals, children, teens, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I believe people already hold the tools they need to live healthy, balanced lives,therapy helps uncover and strengthen those tools. Psychoeducation is central to my work. I help clients build insight, understand their emotions, and recognize the patterns influencing their experiences. With children and adolescents, I use therapeutic play to create an expressive, empowering environment where they can safely process feelings and develop healthy coping skills.
