Relationship therapy and trauma therapy are often the start to finding the place to thrive. I work with a combination of research-based treatment methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CAMS, somatic treatment, trauma-informed care, and more. We begin the journey with who the client is and where they are.
