I focus on supporting people who have chronic mental health and/or physical health challenges, as well as support for people in the LGBTQ+ community, grief and loss (including pet loss), depression and anxiety, developing healthy relationship skills, assertiveness skills training, and addressing fundamentalist religious abuse. My approach is relatable non-judgmental, and casual yet professional. I have lived experience in many of the issues that I help others cope with and manage through my practice.
