My name is Andrea Bennett. I love helping others to see and become the best version of themselves. I'm passionate about understanding others and being an open ear to listen no matter what life issues you have. l believe it's important to love yourself and evaluate your thoughts. I have done a lot of work with men, women, and adolescents to help them achieve goals, heal from trauma, manage anxiety or depression, increase self confidence, and build healthy relationships. I have overcome a lot myself and I'd like to see you do the same!
