My ideal clients are marginalized adults navigating eating disorders, trauma, grief, and dissociative disorders who feel disconnected from their bodies and exhausted by self-blame. Many struggle with perfectionism, shame, and survival patterns shaped by oppression. Together, we work to rebuild safety, trust, and compassion in the body, shifting from self-criticism to self-connection. My clients seek not just relief, but liberation, authenticity, and peace in their relationships with food, body, and self.
