I enjoy supporting clients working through trauma, grief, and loss, who may experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other emotional challenges. I am passionate about honoring and working with the many different facets that make us up, including gender, sexuality, and romantic orientations/LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity. Those exploring or practicing a multitude of spiritual/religious traditions are welcome to discuss openly and authentically, as well as those that are secular. I have a deep appreciation for how our culture, ethnic, and racial identities shape our experiences, which informs my practice.
