You've taken the awesome first step, of many more to come, on the quest to becoming a healthier, more balanced you. Over the past several years I've provided counseling and treatment support to individuals, groups, parents, families, and children through adulthood who have experienced trauma. Through working with this resilient population, I've gained a wealth of knowledge in early childhood trauma and its reverberating effect on one’s life, and relationships shared. This understanding assists with providing services to adults who've experienced trauma at an early age, who may still be attempting to reconcile past pain. I utilize experiential treatment approaches, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, EFT-Tapping methods, in conjunction with parts' work.
