I support individuals with depression, OCD, panic disorder, social and generalized anxiety, phobias, post-traumatic stress, and other challenges. Navigating low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, interpersonal challenges, difficult memories, or intense fear can be exhausting and isolating. You don’t need to do it alone. Our time together will be a safe, nonjudgmental space to process painful experiences, learn coping strategies, strengthen your relationships, reduce shame and distress, improve daily functioning, or address other therapy goals.
