I imagine you're here because life has become too overwhelming to manage on your own. You feel disconnected from your body, emotions and true purpose and have a sense of emptiness inside. Your inner-child is desperate for love and you realize no one else can fill that void for you. You want to get deep and heal the roots of your pain. I am here to partner with your knowledge and intuition to find new solutions and ways of interacting with what you are experiencing. I work with teenagers and adults with PTSD, childhood/attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, vulnerable self-esteem, and perinatal concerns.
