I see client starting at age 3, all the way through adulthood. I’m just as comfortable helping clients process their feelings sitting at a dollhouse as when they’re sitting on the couch. Some clients are seeking help with depression, anxiety, or trauma. Others want help building skills like communication, friendship skills, or navigating intense feelings. No matter where therapy goes, we will handle it together without judgment or shame. I am also proud to offer a neurodiversity and queer-affirming space to clients. It’s an honor to be a part of clients’ journeys of discovery, acceptance, and advocacy! My practice also integrates the things that bring clients joy into the therapeutic journey, such as art, video games, or anime. These interests can be powerful guides to tools for healing and growth.
