Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and real tools for change. I specialize in trauma-informed care and have extensive experience working with trauma survivors—whether you’re coping with the effects of childhood abuse, relationship trauma, betrayal, or other overwhelming life experiences. My approach integrates evidence-based methods like EMDR, CBT, ACT, and Somatic Therapy to help you safely process the past, reconnect with your sense of self, and move forward with confidence. Your first session is all about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard. We’ll start by getting to know each other—you’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy, but there’s no pressure to have all the answers.
