Life can be hard, and as human beings we all have our struggles in one way or another. I consider it an honor to go on a journey of discovery with the individuals I work with. To assist them in meeting their overall goals and needs. I am a caring, compassionate mental health professional who believes that positive change is possible and within reach for everyone. I see my clients as people, no one is a number. I do not have all the answers or a magic wand to solve all your problems, but I will do my best to help you to get you where you want to go, whatever that looks like for you.
