Congratulations on taking this FIRST step. Life’s challenges can leave you feeling defeated, exhausted, anxious and depressed. All of these feelings can take a toll on our daily lives, sense of self and relationships. However with the right therapeutic support those feelings can decrease or become easier and more manageable. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals and couples who have breast cancer or have experienced breast cancer and its lasting impacts. I’m an out-of-network provider.
