During my many years of experience I have assisted individuals, couples, children, teenagers and families through varying life struggles such coping with loss and grief, addictions, stabilizing moods, and regulating emotions. Rebuilding healthy relationships after major life changing circumstances has been possible using the proven techniques and approaches I have developed over more than twenty years.
