My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with my clients to explore how they can overcome a variety of issues such as trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, or conflicts within interpersonal relationships that may be interfering with their everyday life. I provide a safe and supportive environment to allow for personal growth, and tailor my approach for each client's specific needs.
