Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel uncomfortable, and sometimes even overwhelming — but it’s also a meaningful first step. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. I began my career in case management, and today I bring that perspective into my therapy work. I also understand how juggling work, family, and everyday responsibilities — along with past experiences that still weigh on us — can take a real toll on both our mental and physical well-being. I focus on making our work together grounded, respectful, and supportive.
