I’m here to let you know that there is help without feeling alone. My goal is to assist clients who are experiencing life challenges and help guide them on their journey to healing. My areas of focus are working with LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, stress management, chronic health conditions and empowering you to maintain personal well-being in the current political climate. I offer individual services for adolescents and adults. I currently offer in person and telehealth services.
