As a licensed Black and multiracial clinician, I aim to make my practice a place where my clients - particularly people of color - can have a brave space to unlearn old survival patterns and step into their deepest truth, intimacy, and pleasure. Whether it’s healing from depression, breaking codependency, reclaiming life after trauma, or seeking sexual fulfillment, this is about reclaiming your full self. I see therapy as an initiation into authenticity – creating and living the life you and your spirit long for. Together, we will build emotional resilience and learn communication skills to navigate life’s challenges with courage.
