Sometimes the small things make the biggest difference and the largest challenges are not so big in perspective. I believe that participating in counseling can provide that perspective and be a most remarkable and rewarding journey. The counseling process is not always easy and can be quite difficult. Realizing this, I always feel so honored when my clients are willing to include me on their journey. I enjoy working with families and children as they determine who they want to become and are willing to do whatever necessary to make it happen. I work with clients with a variety of challenges, some of which are PTSD, sexual abuse or childhood abuse, family counseling, marriage and relationship, children’s challenges, depression, low self-esteem, mood and anxiety struggles, stress, loss and grief, gender identity, anger management, and adjustment and transition issues.
