I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families. I enjoy helping couples and families who are experiencing relationship issues and/or conflict to find creative ways to resolve the conflict and strengthen the relationship. I also enjoy working with individuals who have experienced negative life events. Exposure to trauma at an early age often affects our lives as adults in profound ways making it difficult for us to maintain healthy relationships, to cope with stressors in non-destructive ways and to experience a consistent positive self-image.
