I believe that everyone has the power within themselves to become the best version of themselves, but sometimes they get stuck. My goal is to empower individuals to grow, make positive changes, and embrace those changes with confidence by utilizing their strengths. Growing up in the Indian community, I experienced the stigma surrounding mental health and the lack of support available. I am committed to breaking these barriers and providing compassionate care to people of all backgrounds and cultures.
