As a first-generation Indo-Caribbean American therapist, I understand the struggle of balancing multiple identities and the importance of finding harmony between our individuality and our communities. Growing up between Caribbean and South Asian culture has shaped my view of visibility and belonging in my community. I typically work with young professionals, people of color (POC), interracial couples, and first-generation siblings who are looking to discover a stronger sense of self and heal relational ruptures.
