If you are reading this, I can only assume that you have been thinking about starting therapy for a while, but keep putting it off. The hardest part is making that first phone call. It requires us to acknowledge that our life is not where we wanted it to be. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working with individuals and couples. I specialize in the area of depression and anxiety, stemming from relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
