My ideal client is someone who struggles with the complex trauma symptoms of growing up in a dysfunctional, abusive, or neglectful home (or no home at all). Some of these struggles could include PTSD, unhealthy attachments, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, addictive or self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
