My goal as a therapist is to help you learn skills for leading a more fulfilling and functional reality and to help you on your way to living your best life. I use an empathetic and individualized approach to help people of all backgrounds navigate life issues and stressors and make positive and meaningful changes. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents on relationships, intimacy, parenting, life transitions, self-esteem, childhood traumas, traumatic events, and anxiety.
