I have worked in both inpatient hospitals and outpatient settings applying therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioral, Person-centered and Solution-focused therapies via individual and group therapeutic modalities. I have experience working with all demographics but mostly with adults that struggle with a variety of issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar and psychotic disorders, stress management, family conflicts, relationship, behavioral and other mental health problems.
