After working as a psychologist for more than twenty years, I noticed that many clients arrived at my office with many aspects of their lives out of balance. If one system is out of balance, usually others are. I increasingly began focusing on integrative psychology and helping others restore health utilizing a holistic approach that encompasses body, mind and spirit.
