I work with families to uncover the patterns and obstacles that prevent them from feeling full connection and safety with one another. We work together to identify places of hurt and vulnerability and to find paths towards healing in relationship. I also support children, teens, adults, romantic partners, and families dealing with trauma, shame, grief and loss, relationship issues, systemic oppression, attachment ruptures, and parenting/caregiving challenges.
