My name is Shonda Sessoms. I have been an LPC for over 10 years. I am licensed in MS, AZ, WI, and PA. I have experience working with adolescents and adults who have experienced issues from depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and adjustments. I primarily use CBT in my practice; however, I consider myself to have an eclectic view on therapy using various theoretical approaches. During your initial session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, gather information, administer and/or review assessment information, and decide the best way for you to make progress.
