I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Minot, North Dakota, and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults, 18 and over, and specialize in anxiety, anger management, depression, sleep issues, and stress. As a therapist, I strive to empower clients to be the best versions of themselves. I believe clients know themselves better than anyone. I use a client-centered approach focusing on the client figuring out what works best for them.
