Relationships—whether with a partner, family member, or ourselves—are at the heart of our lives. When our relationships feel strained, everything else can feel harder. I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating anxiety and overwhelm, attachment wounds, disconnection, communication difficulties, relational conflict, intercultural experiences, intergenerational pain, systemic oppression, and/or the impact of violence around the globe. Those I work with often start by telling me: “we don't know how to communicate", "I do everything for everybody but no one's there for me", "my parents did their best but...".
