I support individuals in breaking their patterns regarding stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, and low self-esteem with tailored approaches including acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic, depth, and mindfulness therapy. With couples, I apply the Gottman Method to improve communication, build trust, and foster deeper connection and emotional intimacy.
