I offer grounded, compassionate care to adults, teens and children in their pursuit of a life lived well. My approach combines clinical interventions with thoughtful attention for the mind, body and soul. The majority of my counseling experience is in the areas of navigating mood disorders, ADHD, relational conflict, family trauma, impulsivity, and other challenges. Previously, I practiced at Tufts Medical Center, providing psychotherapeutic services to a diverse patient population across the lifespan.
