I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families. The majority of my counseling experience is in the areas of depression, anxiety and couples counseling. I work with clients to help build awareness of current feelings of anxiety, grief, anger and other forms of distress and to make connections to their own past experiences, allowing for healing to occur.
