I am a New York and Arizona State licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience. I provide individual psychotherapy to older adolescents and adults. I provide insight-oriented therapy. I utilize this approach because it focuses on understanding the connections between your thoughts and feelings in an effort to improve your ability to make change, be in control of your life, and ultimately feel better. I specialize in empowering my clients to confront their issues, gain advanced coping skills, and achieve desired change.
