Accepting New Clients - Sometimes we can move on from our past, but what happens when we can't? I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck in patterns rooted in trauma, attachment wounds or early relational experiences. Using a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive lens, I integrate an attachment/psychodynamic theory in the work that we do, pulling from a variety of methods. I honor that you know yourself best and what helps one person, may not help another. If anxiety, trauma, or repeated relationship patterns are leaving you overwhelmed or stuck, I can help you build clarity, resilience, and new ways forward. I have 6 years of experience working in the field of mental health, and 3 years in a individual therapist role. I've had the opportunity to work in residential programs with teens struggling with sexual abuse and adults coping with SMIs as well as crisis homes in Montgomery County. Now, I focus on treatment of CPTSD, and/or navigating adoption wounds.
