I am a licensed psychotherapist. I work with individual adults and teens specializing in trauma recovery, relationship dynamics and sexuality. I welcome nuerodivergent ways of knowing and experiencing the world. I am knowledgeable and affirming of sexual and gender expansiveness and non-traditional relationship structures. I have extensive experience and knowledge of evidenced based models such as CBT, DBT and ACT. I also work somatically and experientially. Experiential & somatic means experiencing your emotions in your body to help you gain clarity and remain present to your truth while practicing openess with yourself and others.
