I believe therapy to be a creative and dynamic process, one that explores and honors your inherent wisdom, expertise and intuition about life. My part in your journey is to support, encourage and sometimes gently challenge you to see clearly the truth about your history and its relationship to your current struggles. I strive to be attuned to issues of injustice including those related to: class, race, gender, sexual orientation and religious oppression. This endeavor called therapy is best served when we knit it together with mystery, stories, poetry and laughter.
