H! Hope you’re doing ok. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable—especially if you’ve spent years carrying responsibilities, expectations, or unspoken pain on your own. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, including South Asian adults, who may be navigating stress, anxiety, identity concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, or the pressure to “hold it all together.” You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy with me is a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are respected and your voice matters. This is your space.
