I am a licensed psychotherapist. After graduating with a Master's in Social Work from Long Island University, I went on to obtain post-graduate training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy and have also pursued training and consultation in Exposure Therapy, Trauma Treatment, and Play Therapy Modalities such as Sand Play Therapy and Art Therapy. With these experiences I utilize the latest research based treatment modalities to help my clients cope with and overcome issues related to anxiety, trauma, poor academic and social functioning, parenting and family conflict, and other child and adolescent struggles.
